I'm Ready To Stop Renting and Own My Own Home, But.....

  1. I've heard that it's Complicated to buy a home and I don't have any idea how to get started or where to go for help.
  2. I've heard that buying a home can cost from $10,000 to $20,000, or more, for the Down Payment and closing costs and I don't have that kind of money.
  3. I've had some Credit Issues in the past and I don't know if I can qualify to buy a home.

These are very common thoughts, but we can help!

Eight out of ten Americans are unaware of any programs that provide information about the home-buying process, and seventy percent of U.S. adults say that the Home-buying Process is Complicated.

We have helped over 1,500 people purchase a home since 1989. There are 8 Keys Steps to HomeOwnership and we are here to help you become a homeowner from start to finish. We act as your housing counselor. It starts with a brief 10 to 15 minute conversation so that we can visit with you about your situation and learn about your needs. Once that you decide that you are ready to STOP RENTING we help advise and guide you throughout the complete home-buying process. We are always available to answer your questions, help you solve any challenges you may have and we actually stay with you until the day that you get the key to your new home! This can all be accomplished in as little as 4 to 6 weeks, but can sometimes take a year or longer. Most of the Buyers we work with move into their new home within 6 months of starting the home-buying process. We stay with you because there are so many ways to get side-tracked without an experienced, tested professional to guide you.

Seventy percent of adults are unaware that Down Payment Assistance Programs and Homebuyer Grants are available to homebuyers in their communities.

While many First Time Buyers and Renters believe it takes $10,000 to $20,000, or more, to purchase a home, we have over 20 years of experience working with Special Financing Programs that offer Down Payment Assistance and Homebuyer Grants that help you with your down payment and/or closing costs. Many of the Buyers we work with get into their home for as little as $1,000 to $4,000 Total Out-Of-Pocket Costs. Please feel free contact us with your questions. If you'd like to know which programs you may be eligible for, just Call/Text (405) 210-5319. We can usually get back to you with your loan pre-approval results within 24 to 48 hours.

I have had some Credit Issues in the past and I don't know if I can qualify.

Many people believe that their credit may not be good enough to qualify for a home loan, they are unsure about credit requirements and what their credit scores are and they have very little understanding about what it takes to improve their credit. Most people believe that their credit history needs to be "perfect", or at least a credit score of 700 or above to buy a home. There are programs that require a 580 credit score or less and many programs that only require a 600 up to 640 credit score. We have helped hundreds of Buyers improve their credit and raise their credit scores in a short period of time. We work with Lenders who review your credit report without cost or obligation, and we are always available to help you with that process. Our suggestion is that if you want to STOP PAYING RENT now is the best time to see what your credit is like. Many people are eligible for a home loan right now. If not, we will review your credit with you in detail, make suggestions regarding what items (if any) might need some attention and provide you with a timetable for how long it might take to get your credit to where it needs to be.

I Suggest That If You Have Serious Thoughts About Buying A Home, Even If It Might Be Six Months Or Even A Year In The Future, Now Is A Great Time To Start Exploring The Home-Buying Process So That You Can Prepare Yourself With A Game Plan!

If you find that there may be some issues that will delay your timeframe for making your purchase, it is good to find that out now so that you can work out the issues before you start looking seriously and find Your Perfect Home! For example, if you are currently renting a house and you are paying your rent with money orders, that can be a problem on some of the home loan programs that you may be eligible for. Some programs require that a Buyer provide cancelled checks for their past 12 months rent and they can not use copies of money orders as proof of rent payment. So, the more you know now, in advance, the smoother the home-buying process will be for you. We have found that the best way to help Buyers is by getting started with a brief visit, usually about 15 minutes, so that we can learn about their situation, review their job history, income, monthly payment obligations and their credit history. After that, we can discuss in detail the different home loan options they might be eligible for and what they need to do to purchase a home. If there are any credit issues, we can usually help with those and get their credit to where it needs to be within 30 days to 6 months. There is never any charge or fees for us to help you with the pre-approval process. If you decide that you are ready to start the process just give me a call on my personal cell phone at 405-210-5319. I can take your information on the phone, or you can apply online by clicking here ==> FREE Loan Approval. Either way is fine, and we will usually have the results within 24 to 48 hours of getting your information.     *****Click here to INSTANTLY View Pics & Details of available homes RIGHT NOW in the OKC Metro*****
