We had seen Kyle on facebook and were getting his mailings of listings but had not contacted him as we were trying to work with a realtor recommended by our banker. The wife found a listing one morning and after viewing it online I suggested trying Kyle. Long story short with Kyle's experience he got the financing that was below our limit and also on Kyle's recommendation to a different agent than we had been using we were able to save extra money on the house and vehicle insurance. He was very patient, and when appointments were made he was always on time. He communicated with me very well and has finally found the home that both my wife and I love. We are awaiting the closing date, and looking forward to the move to the new home. It is located about three blocks from our two daughters and closer to our son who lives in Yukon. I had worked with some other realtors in the area, and they were very stand offish. Because we did not purchase right away.
