The wife and I started looking for a new home ( to us) early spring of this year and had nearly given up on getting what we wanted on our budget. We had seen Kyle on facebook and were getting his mailings of listings but had not contacted him as we were trying to work with a realtor recommended by our banker. The wife found a listing one morning and after viewing it online I suggested trying Kyle. Long story short with Kyle's experience he got the financing that was below our limit and also on Kyle's recommendation to a different agent than we had been using we were able to save extra money on the house and vehicle insurance.
